Have shopped online and on-site at the Nursery Singapore multiple times and bought more than 10 trees and plants from them. Yan and the team there are always attentive, helpful and professional with their suggestions and ideas. They carry a good line of pots which will fit in with most decors. Highly recommended if you are looking for nice healthy plants and good looking pots at very fair and reasonable prices 👍🥳😄

Can make do with better customer service. We visited the shop on a weekday around 2.30 PM and there were 2 other customers around. Upon reaching the shop, we looked at the plants outside while one staff was watering the plants. The staff did not smile, say hi, or offer any help at all. We understood that they might be busy. Subsequently, when we kept moving in and out to compare plants, the watering staff still did not offer any assistance at all. Great service from the staff manning the counter though. The counter staff answered our questions and explained clearly. However, there’s a moment when the counter staff had to clarify our question with the watering staff. The watering staff’s response was curt and they even sounded annoyed in our opinion. There are more and more plant shops sprouting with similar offerings and competitive prices. Eventually, only businesses which can provide great shopping experience and excellent service will continue blooming in the long run. We hope to have a more pleasant experience when we come down again next time.

Bought two faux plants which look really nice, even though they are pricey I found it reasonable. However, one of the leaves on the ruffled palm fell off barely a month after I bought it. Reached out to them and they suggested I buy glue to glue it back on - it did not work even with industrial glue as the leaf is too heavy. Would have appreciated an offer for exchange or repair given that this occurred in such a short time.

Great variety of plants and pots. Plants are generally v healthy looking. Young man was able to give some tips, but advice us to read diff reviews from diff sites. Some plants have no price label but ask and they will check it. The staff also trimmed the plant before they pack for u. Overall good experience. High volume nursery and nice ambience.
